Default My design of the HF bead roller

My HF beadroller occupied a spot on the floor for a long time. It was just a pain to operate.
I did what it took to put it in proper use
I kept the shafts and bearing blocks the rest is on the floor
Here are a couple of pictures of the finished machine

That looks good Mike. Can you explain the knob near the backside of the machine?

Nice job Mike!! I reinforced mine with some square tube, kind of the more common method I have seen done, and I like your method. I am still trying to figure out how to mount a guide to mine and your method makes that much easier.

Thanks for showing it.

thanks the guide surrounds the bottom tube the front of the guide reaches the front of the rollers so that you can guide any width roller

Hi Anders,
I placed the intersection of the rollers at 44 inches above the floor. Makes it easy to see what is going on. It takes about 10 feet of 2 inch by 2 inch. 11 gauge tubing. I filled this tubing with concrete in order to stabilize the machine. I have a picture of ihe shafts that I will post.
This took me about a week to design and fabricate.
Mike
