Nice to see that you like the build and the thread!!

Today it shold noit be any work at all..but I could not jump over a fun time in the garage

I planished and finished the sidepanel before I welded it in place..

then it was time to create and connect the rearsection...

Planned to put as much pieces together before I put it on the frame finally, that make it easy to planish all welds...

Finally I welded all together andt then it was time out for this time..

Thats all for now, take care all!!

Kit and all others..even I hope this fun project will be in progress for a long time...IT IS so fun to build right out of the head...

No fun things happen here for a few days...just some "ordinary scooter" work who not fit to present here at the metalshaping site

Anyway..I give the scooter parts a soft sandblast and now it´s time to finish them as straigt as possible before the paintwork...

really much nicer when it has came to this stage..

Take care all!

Jippie!!

Some metal "bending" today....

The owner of the scooter I work on right now called me and says: "make a alu trim for the frontfender"

I have no idea how this trims looks like in the stock shape (missed on all his scooters), but he really like to get a custom one anyway, now we talk!

So...

..here it is after some hours

..and..

a shot of the trim on the fender...

If anyone interested in the making of the trim just shout it out and I will put up a step by step post of it...I will make some more of them and then I can use the camera for you guys!

Oh I really like this kind of work...no paint to hide the work with
