I would like to know the same. I'm not drilling into anything particularity hard, but I have spent the last 2 days drilling spot welds and burning up the "jobber" bits where I can drill through both panels.

I bought two 21 piece solid colbalt sets from here. (1/16" to 1/2) seem to be good quality. $99 each.

Can get many other types here too. Don't know if they are the "cheapest" though. But better price then some.
