Default copper bowl

I saw a rough looking copper bowl at my friend's shop. I got him to let me take it home and see what I could do with it. I ran it through the planishing hammer and made a lil stand for it.

Default nice work

Is it really copper? The finish looks more like brass. It's also a very nice, thick edge - if it was brass of that thickness then I would have had one sore arm (my planishing hammer is the manual variety...)

It is just 20 gauge copper. I guess the colors did not come out in the pic. I hope to get some copper more this week.
