I saw where a member was torn between getting a coffee roaster for Christmas and some metal working tools. Here is the solution. Get the metal working tools and build your own roaster.

Here's some info concerning fabrcating a nice BBQ Drum Roaster setup. The last link is a Coffee Bean Co-op. The prices for green beans are cheap, cheap. I BBQ roast and giveaway presents of Beans/Ground coffee and supply the FBO at my airport. These roasters work very well once you get the hang of it. The S.S. 304 I believe I used was 16Ga. @1/8 hole size, 3/16 spaeing with 63% open space. A 2LB. dimension is 9"x6". and a 4 Lb. is 12" X 8". Here's the links.
