Default choosing a metalshaping hammer

I am in the process of choosing a hammer to use for metal shaping. Instead of using a stump I plan on getting tuck puck but the hammer I am confused about. The ones I am debating are the:

Picard Polishing Hammer 1000g
Dagger Hammer
Tuck Puck Hammer
Or Hooser Profile hammer

Any advice would be appreciated. I am just starting out so its new and I plan on working with 18 gauge steel.

Hi Bud and welcome to Metalmeet!

All of those hammers are great tools!

The Tuck Puck Hammer and Joe's Hoosier Profiles hammers are more versatile and would be my choice!

Carey C. (tuckpuck) is a great guy. I use a pair of his tuck pucks a couple times a week. I'd combine shipping if possible.

You can never have enough hammers.(or dollies). some light, some heavy.

This one is a heavy bruiser, home made 2x2 tubing with a 1 1/2" uhmw (plastic rod) slug in it. the handle won't break, wont come off, but makes your fingers ring after a while. Carey's much better at machining than me.
