Mike, spraying it on would probably build up real quick, well on a small surface like a die face. I have a Metco flame spray, like they use to build up cranks. Jim Bailie had one that used super sonic velocity to bonds metal power to the base metal. but that is not how you do tungsten carbide or do you? tt
