Default anealing

why buy 3003H14 which is halve hard, if you are just going to aneal it to soft? I have been watching covell and fournier videos and was wondering, why not just purchase anealled aluminum?

One reason might be you only need to aneal a small portion of the piece that needs to have a lot of shape in it.
