Here is something I started on. It's for the front wheel/axle assembly for my wagon. When I use wood on a buck with tight turns and curves, I always have a problem with the wood being so thick that the panels won't wrap around them properly. These buck members are thin. I'll see if this really works out or not :rolleyes:. Right now I am having a problem getting the transitions to the top right or at least pleasing to the eye.

Use some foam Jim

Jim, like Ben says, foam is nice or if possible just wrap it with painters tape to get a idea if the shape feels ok :) quick and easy :cool:
