The January 2012 issue of Street Rodder magazine has an article on buck building. Ron Covell shows how he is building a full body buck for a ’27 Ford roadster body. It’s a good article with lots of pictures. Ron also has made a DVD that accompanies this article; which show each step in greater detail.

Ron also has a another new DVD in production, regarding use of planishing hammers.
The DVD you mentioned is called "Building a Roadster Body: Part 1" and is available on both Amazon and Ebay. Due to the speed of life, I haven't had a chance to watch it yet, but being from Ron, I'm sure it's well produced and well edited.
Ron has been talking about building himself a roadster for years. He's finally taking the time to do so.

"He makes it look so simple." - Yah, he sure does. But some of the tricks he shows on how to duplicate from the one body, to the buck, that's what I found interesting. Especially how he uses the formed sheet metal angle for buck layout.
