I've kicked this around in my head and did not make it for my pullmaxes, but We could not make a nice brake in 16gauge for a belt cover for a mower deck for a customer. I just had to give it a shot on the flypress. Since I have had no luck in finding composite flooring it was going to be out of the scrap pile. No rhyme or reason for the lengths just experimenting.

Having to add some bracing and raise the lower die cause it is too low.

To properly align everything a little down pressure was put on it, then He tightened up the bolts and screws.

Well seeing is believing why I had not made one for the old arbor press or the H-press years ago.... well
Only a light sanding and edge deburr for the angle iron, not hardened not even 1/4" thick 2" long top die can go along much longer lengths by repeating the press action. But if you have a flypress! WATCH OUT FOR COUNTERWEIGHTS!!!! they will give you brain damage in a second! tt;)

To do a tight radius ,if you own a pulmax ,all you need is a basic chisel upper and a flat surface lower .Use a guide or a duplicater if you have one and set the chisel to just fracture the surface. This will leave a very tight radius that you can acheive either using a simple brake or tip wheel. As long as you have the pulmax fired up ,replace the chisel with a peice of shank and tip with that.Dan
