Ben that looks great what did you do to make the front lip.

Hi Danny,

cut out the shape and used my tipping wheel to make the recess.

I noticed the front lip is welded on. I'll make a qualified guess and say the inner part of the lip was made using beadroller and stretched in the Mechhamme, using linear stretch dies :cool: ;)

The welded edge is ok and doesn't need to be metal finished. All these cars had the gap between hood and front panels/fenders/cowl "adjusted" by leading, filing and sanding :cool:
