We need to do some projects for the weekend of March 13-14.

At Metalmeet 03 at Randy's many people brought projects that others could help with or view as examples of techniques. If you are working on a project and would like to bring it along , PLEASE DO!

We have good access to the building for unloading. Freight dock and hoists and warehouse trucks are available.

Participants will find others of similar interests and mix it up through projects.

The important thing is to share. That grows this craft.

We will need work tables. I have several and will find other tables to rent if need be. If you have something useful that can be moved, please bring it along.

Please reply to this post to get a list of projects going.

I have a LOTUS Seven project that needs a nose cone. I have a fullsize printed set of section drawings. We can build a buck for this project and work off it to form panels. We are at a well equipped wood shop so if you need to get a buck built, please post here so I can have material available.

Hello Richard,

I would love to help put your buck together, especially if it is a limited section so we can get to some metal shaping as well. I won't be bringing a project of my own - won't start anything until I get a shop built. So if I can help you with your project that would be great! FYI, I'm a beginner who has dabbled in a lot of stuff including woodworking and metal fab. Thanks again for hosting an event.

As we discussed I'll be bringing my finished motorcycle gas tank buck, and hopefully a finished or mostly finished tank. If I can find a trailer I can bring my whole Triumph bobber down if someone wants to work on fenders or something... let me know what you think of that.
