Looks like you are all over it and doing a nice job. Did you go ahead and v the new lower legs where you put that slug? I like to make sure I get good penetration all the way into the slug as well as joining the tubes. DidI see that angle ga correctly....48 deg? That is a bunch in a chopper style neck with a single down tube. I hope the web holds......:D ..........nice job..........john

That pic with the angle finder is wrong, I quickly stuck it up there for a pic, and it's one of those finders that sticks, it's actually set at 42. The spider web isn't going back in, it would lose to much of it's look after cutting it up to get it to fit, so we'er having a new gusset done, one that will match the machining on the rest of the frame. Ya, I did "v" the joints at the bottom, always a good idea. The site is being updated this weekend as we speak, so lots more pics should be up soon. Mark.
