Broadband only, 24 minutes long. The film fires right off with broadband, expect a few hours download with a dial up.

Set your wayback machine to 1967:mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen:

Wow....great site. That film really brings me back to my High School days when I discovered sports cars and sports car racing (Thank you, Wide World of Sports).

I actually still have the original Road & Track magazine with the BOAC 500 race report in it. That was the stuff I grew up on...when cars were cars and drivers were nuts. Check out the lack of Armco on those race tracks, which ultimately led to a lot of those famous British venues losing the big time races.

Thanks for the link.

It is a fantastic film. I missed all of the action that season because I was busy being born.

I make up for it now though. We are lucky enough on this side of the pond to have the Goodwood Revival. If you aren't familiar with it have a look at this:

and feel free to look at my photos from last year:

It is without doubt the best motorsport event I have ever attended, the good lady and I make it our annual holiday now.
Where else would you see Stirling Moss, Derek Bell, Patrick Tambay, Bobby Rahal and Dario Franchitti all hooning round a track after each other in the same race?
If you love motorsport and old cars, rob a bank, fake your own death and claim on the insurance or whatever it takes to come over and take in the Revival weekend it is truly without comparison.
