A Handmade Ring Roller
I was longtime looking for something like a Ring Rolling device able to bend profiles and leaf springs too. So I decided to build one enough strong but with one side open in order to be able to take out a complete ring without have to dismantle a part of the machine. The two lower rollers are formed out of a lot of roller bearings, so I can insert differents sizes at once in order to create different profiles too. The upper roller is also interchangeable.
Also, I can use one lower roller only, in line with the upper roller, in order to use the machine as a bead roller too.
