View Full Version : A photo of my workbench.
I wanted to share some photo's with you guys, but I dont really have much to show. So I uploaded a picture of my workbench. It isnt much to look at, but I really like it. The top is 1/2" plate. I'm using a magnetic drill as a drill press. It is all removable from the table. One day, I will buy a vise for it, and I'll be in business! To the right are my beater bags. At the end with the ring, there is a screw that can be removed to add or remove sand. They work well. You guys are not allowed to see the rest of the place. Its a mess! But im working on that. This weekend, I will take pictures of the english wheel I am building, given the snow doesnt stop me from going out to my inlaws. It looks like the worlds largest c-clamp!
Thats all you get to see for now!

That ain't no bench, that's a tool stand. :D
Way too much top and floor space showing. You need tools and projects stacked on top to be a bench. ;)
So when you show us a picture, you gotta cover the junk, I mean other projects, with a plastic bag. Like this. :)

Sorry Anders, I was just showing an example of how to take a "bench picture". :D
The orange thing is a bracket I made to fit my overhead trolley. The red thing under it is a Harbor Freight 1300lb. electric hoist.
The result: (Walla.... Sure beats having chains banging new paint)
