upper and lower e-wheel selection

Can anyone give me a suggestion to what would be a good upper wheel and lower anvil size be for a first E-wheel machine. I will be attempting to make a few pieces for a motorcycle. I would like to try buying one upper and maybe one or 2 anvils. I am trying to upload some photos but its not working for me.
I am in the process of making a med size benchmount frame.

---I have used this e-wheel for about 25 years, still working good. I have made a lot of peddle car and motor cycle pieces on it. The wheel and anvils are two inches wide. The upper wheel is six inches in dia.
