Hello,

Here is another thing I recently mad for bending pipe. It uses a 20 ton shop press and just a little frame support the pipe.

So far it works pretty good for bending sch. 40 pipe. I also made the supports adjustable to be able to go closer and farther apart.

Victor, Is the upper die from a Harbor Freight bender?
Were you able to purchase the upper die separately?

The only thing I'm pretty much going to change on this would be to add some sort of roller, perhaps even a boat roller to the bolts so that they dont mark up the pipe when bending. And so that they support the pipe better.

Oldtin,

The upper die isn't form Harbour Freight it's actuall from the Canadian version of that, Princess Auto. It cost me 14 dollars CDN I believe. You can buy seperate dies from 1/2" to 3" pipe.
