Where does one buy metal rivets and the tooling for installing them? I do not want POP-RIVETS. I want the kind that you have to hammer or press for mild steel applications.

Hickey,
Do a Google search for Big Flats Rivet Co. Good luck,

McMaster-Carr will sell you boxes of 100 for $5-6 plus very reasonable shipping.
Big Flats Rivets will sell individual rivets; about .40¢± each and reasonable shipping.
Hanson Rivets sell rivets too; but $25.00 minimum order plus shipping.
So, depends on how many you need.

I've done business with Big Flats. Ribbit!
Very accommodating and will give volume discounts. He also sells "kits" if you're doing a T or A restore, including the frame... or any portion thereof.
