Sollis,

That is one nice scooter. You have done an excellent job in both design and fabrication. I like the return scroll work behind the cylinder and under the seat front. Where will the oil tank be?

What gaug of steel are you using?

What sort of equipment do you use for the metalwork?

i have cookinterpises PH, bench stile EW , shrinker starcher , and some hand tools , tig , mig , all ways looking to buy more

i use on gas tank 16 gauge , and body panels 18 , i could use 19 would be little more easy but i didn't have any in stock

oil tank under trany this is rigid frame no shocks under so that space is available for oil tank

Hey Sollis,

Nice job! How many hours do you have shaping work? Do you use pressure to check for tank leaks or just fill with liquid? Sweeeeeet looking scoot!

yes i do presure test on all gas tanks , then i use por15 products to seal gas tank for corrosion protection , you can do nickelplaiting works good to but no one does in my area so por 15 works just is good never have problems

Based on the bodywork i`m sure you can do it.let me know if you need parts to do the internals for the bars.I`ve done many of these.
