I was wondering if anybody has ever seen an eckold machine like this or ever seen dies for it? I bought this machine at auction for $175 ,because nobody knew what it was. I have talked to George Messner at US tool and he says this machine will accept the Kraftformer dies from what Eckold has told him. I have not yet ran the machine, I am waiting on a foot pedal to come from Switzerland. According so Eckolds site though, it says this machine should have 150 hits per minute.
The pump has two dials, one having a adjustable 50-500 BAR (pressure correct), and the other small dial just reads to 1-10.
Thanks for the help.http://allshops.org/community/cforumsattachments/9990173746504/Eckold_Machine1.jpg

Eckold themselves said this machine is suitable for the Kraftformer dies. I gave NEVER seen a press hit 150 time a minute in all of the metal fab shops i've been in. This machine is made for clinching , makeing and closing the door skin hems, etc. This machine has adjustable stroke positions as shown by the the little knobs on the top of the ram , it adjusts quite a bit actually , but i have to wait and see how stroke the ram has.

I am going to try and sell this machine, I just don't have the room or time to mess around with it. I recently purchased a new foot pedal from Eckold, so parts are available. It is 440 3-phase, and I am not sure if the motor voltage could be dropped.
Eckold says the Kraftformer dies will work with machine (shrinking and stretching).

Make an offer( I know what this machine is worth)

Thanks, Dirk

P.S. If i do not sell it here, I will put it on ebay within a few weeks.
