Hi guys,
I started on this hammer about a year ago but always got side tracked before getting it done. I may have to reconsider this whole earning a living thing, it's really starting to cut into my projects building :D

Air flow is controlled by the foot pedal which has a cable running to a lever mounted to the valve. The air motor is a $16 zip gun from Wall-Mart. The lower arm slides up and down by way of a long T-slot track and uses the same lower dies as the big hammer. I've made a 6" die post to start with but plan on making different length post as needed. The arm can be changed very quickly so down the road I'm sure I'll be making different arms depending on what I'm playing with. The upper hammer is one of the new .401" stemmed hammers from Joe at Hoosier Pattern. And like everything else Joe makes it's top notch!
