Henrob question

My Fellow Metalshapers (OOPS darn campaign season)
I have a question for the HENROB/Dillion users in the group. When cutting plate with the over cutter I always seem to have a spot at the end of the cut that stays. I have to then start from the other direction to finish cutting. Is this normal or do I have a technique issue :oops: ? It seems that it runs out of heat at the end before that last little bit is removed. Again this is with the over cutter pulling the cut.

Tim, it must be a technique thing. I don't have that problem cutting 1/4 or 3/16. I do loose the cut if I jerk my hand or something and have to reheat the puddle but it will make a very clean cut all the way through the end. You do need to speed up a little at the end as it will preheat MUCH faster than the interior metal.
